Life is not meant to be easy. Everyone inevitably runs into obstacles. You cant let these hurdles bring you down. Disingenuous people are a renewable resource, and it is very easy to dig yourself into a hole. These are all struggles that are not unique to you; a lot of other people struggle with it as well. The question then becomes, what will you do to change that? I once found myself in a similar situation, and I know exactly how easy it is to remain brooding in that cesspool and how difficult it can seem to pull out and fix what needs fixing. Because of that experience, Im writing this book to let you know how you cannot just overcome your fears and anxiety, but how you can work towards your lifes goals.
